We, the team behind, pride ourselves in the speed and efficiency in the way we do business. offers Fast Shipping of high quality batteries! ships most orders within 1 business day to the contiguous United States. We have warehouses across the whole country which shortens the delivery times. The time frame for delivery is between 2 and 5 business days. We ship every day, excluding official Holidays and weekends. We ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for smaller packages.

Important notes:
We are based in the state of New York so orders shipped there will be charged Sales Tax, unless you provide us with a resale certificate or tax exemption.

Orders with total weight above 250LBS need to be shipped on a pallet. There may be changes to the shipping cost based on whether the facility we are shipping to is accommodated to receive pallets.

Here are some of the requirements:

  • To have a loading dock, or a forklift present.
  • Not to be limited access (all hospitals, schools, universities, colleges, military buildings or sites and all other government buildings are considered to be “limited access” by all freight carriers)
  • The shipping facility to be easily accessible for an 18 wheel truck
  • No appointment is needed for the delivery

We will contact you if your order needs to be shipped on a pallet and ask you about whether these requirements are present in your ship to facility and will quote you a fee for the additional shipping costs.

Extra Shipping Services

If you need expedited shipping services, please contact us before ordering so we can quote you the shipping cost. We use the following options for expedited shipping offered by UPS:

  • Next Day Air
  • Next Day Air Early A.M.
  • 2nd Day Air
  • 3rd Day Select
  • Saturday Delivery

If you have already placed your order but have made a mistake while ordering or you require any changes please contact us. We might be able to help you out even if the order has already been shipped. Additional fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds

The following return policy must be followed, to receive any sort of refund to occur:

  • Contact us within 7 days after your purchase receipt.
  • We have to approve your return and you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. You need to fill out this form and send it back to us.
  • Return your batteries with the original invoice and RMA that you received in the package. Keep in mind that all of the RMA forms we sent expire 7 business days after receipt.

Please be informed that some items may not be returnable and refundable. Restocking fee of 20% will apply for all orders that contain non-stock items or are special deals. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an RMA is requested, but the process is not completed reserves the rights to deem any return requests.

If you did contact us within 7 days after your receipt and you did return your package during the next 14 days, we will refund your account with the amount you paid for the product. Please, note you will need to cover the shipping cost for the return.

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong battery, we will cover the return shipping cost and we will send you the right replacement for free.

If batteries are delivered damaged, you must contact us within 7 days after receipt. We will exchange them at no cost with brand new replacements. Solely send us a picture of the damaged battery and we will ship you a brand new one.

We do not grant any refund if you return your package without our approval or contact us later than this 7-day period. Please do not return merchandise to our remittance address. We accept returns only when the return policy described above is followed. Some products/orders may not be returnable due to their origin, please contact Customer Service for further details.
